Terms of Service

These terms govern use of siriusnxt.com and provide the general framework for SiriusNXT digital, creative, customer-support and educational services. A written quotation, order confirmation or project agreement may add service-specific terms. Mandatory consumer law always takes priority.

1. Pre-launch status

The website is currently in development and online payments are not activated. Prices and packages are starting points until the exact scope, deliverables, timetable, tax treatment and final price are confirmed in writing. Final legal operator and consumer-mediator details will be published before consumer sales begin.

2. Contract formation

Website information is an invitation to enquire and does not by itself create a service contract. A contract is formed only when SiriusNXT and the client approve the scope and commercial terms in writing and any required initial payment is confirmed through an authorised method.

3. Scope, timing and changes

The approved brief defines the deliverables, included revisions, responsibilities and target dates. Estimates depend on timely access to information, materials and feedback. Any change outside the approved scope requires written agreement and may change the price or timetable.

4. Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate instructions, lawful materials and timely decisions, and must hold all rights required for content supplied to SiriusNXT. Passwords, complete payment-card details and unnecessary sensitive information must not be submitted through the website enquiry form.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros unless agreed otherwise. The quotation or checkout confirmation will identify the amount due, applicable taxes, payment schedule and any approved third-party costs. Payments are not accepted through the website until a payment method is expressly activated and displayed.

6. Delivery and acceptance

All digital files, project deliverables, access links and completion notices are delivered by email only to the address approved for the project. No physical or postal delivery is provided. The client must promptly report an inaccessible file, broken link or agreed non-conformity so SiriusNXT can investigate and, where required, correct it within the approved scope.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. EU consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance service contracts, subject to lawful exceptions and any prior express request for early performance. Once the agreed work is fully performed and the final deliverables are delivered by email, payment is non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law, without limiting mandatory remedies for non-delivery or defective or non-conforming performance.

8. Intellectual property

Each project agreement will identify ownership and licence terms. The client retains rights in materials it lawfully supplies. Unless agreed otherwise, SiriusNXT retains its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how and tools. Transfer or licence of final bespoke deliverables is effective only as stated in the project agreement and after all amounts due have been paid.

9. Confidentiality and security

Each party must use reasonable care with non-public project information. The client should use approved secure channels for credentials or restricted information and must not send them through the general contact form.

10. Trading-related services

Trading education, analysis workflows and tools are supplied for general educational or technical purposes only. They are not personalised financial advice, do not promise profit or performance, and do not remove the risk of financial loss. Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and for obtaining regulated advice where appropriate.

11. Service standards and liability

SiriusNXT will perform agreed services with reasonable care and skill. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other mandatory rights. Subject to those rights, SiriusNXT is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client instructions, unlawful client materials, third-party platforms, or events outside reasonable control.

12. Complaints and disputes

Raise a complaint through the SiriusNXT contact form with the relevant quotation or order reference. The parties should first try to resolve the matter directly. Before consumer sales begin, the identity and contact details of the competent consumer mediator will be added. French law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
