Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to customised digital and professional services supplied by SiriusNXT unless a signed quotation or project agreement provides more favourable terms. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.

1. Before work begins

You may request cancellation before work starts by using the SiriusNXT contact form and providing your order or quotation reference. Amounts not yet committed to work may be refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party cost that was disclosed and may lawfully be retained.

2. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU consumer entering a distance contract, you will normally have 14 days from the date the service contract is concluded to withdraw. If you expressly ask SiriusNXT to begin during that period and then withdraw before completion, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for work already performed.

Where a service is fully performed during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is lost only when performance began with your prior express consent and you acknowledged that the right would be lost once the service was fully performed. For digital content supplied without a physical medium, any applicable loss of the withdrawal right likewise requires the legally required prior consent, acknowledgment and confirmation.

3. After work begins

Completed milestones, approved work, reserved capacity and disclosed non-recoverable costs are chargeable. Included revisions and correction of an agreed non-conformity are handled under the approved scope and are not treated as cancellation.

4. Email-only delivery

All project files, digital deliverables, access links and completion notices are delivered by email only to the address supplied with the order or approved project brief. No postal or physical delivery is provided. You are responsible for providing an accurate, accessible email address and checking spam or filtering folders. If a delivery message is returned as undeliverable, contact SiriusNXT through the website contact form so delivery can be re-sent to a corrected address.

5. After final project delivery

After the agreed work or project has been fully performed and the final deliverables have been delivered by email, payment is non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. For consumers, this applies only where any legally required express consent and acknowledgment have been obtained. This rule does not remove mandatory rights or remedies for non-delivery, defective or non-conforming services or digital content, fraud, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. How to request cancellation or support

Use the SiriusNXT contact form and include your name, order or quotation reference, the service concerned and the reason for your request. SiriusNXT will review the request against the approved scope, work completed and applicable law.

Pre-launch status: Payments are not currently activated on this website. Final operator details and consumer-mediator information must be added before consumer sales begin.
