1. Controller and contact
The controller is the operator of SiriusNXT and siriusnxt.com. Until the final registered details are published, privacy enquiries and rights requests can be submitted through the website contact form. SiriusNXT will not invent or publish registration information that has not been formally confirmed.
2. Personal data collected
- Enquiries: name, email address, subject, message and project information you choose to provide.
- Accounts and orders: account identifiers, billing and order information, chosen services, transaction references and service communications if commerce features are used.
- Project delivery: approved briefs, files, feedback, email correspondence and delivery records.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested pages, security events and cookie preferences.
- Marketing preferences: subscription choice and related contact details only where you actively opt in.

4. Payments
Online payment processing is not currently activated. If it is enabled later, the checkout will identify the authorised payment provider before information is submitted. SiriusNXT does not intend to store complete payment-card numbers on its own website servers.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies may be used for security, consent choices, account sessions, cart functions and core website operation. Optional analytics or marketing cookies should remain disabled until you consent through the cookie banner. You can revisit cookie choices using the consent control displayed on the site.
6. Recipients and processors
Access is limited to the SiriusNXT operator and authorised service providers needed for hosting, website administration, security, forms, email, commerce, accounting or project delivery. Providers may process data only for the relevant service or where law requires disclosure. SiriusNXT does not sell personal data.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may process data outside France or the European Economic Area. Before commercial launch, provider locations and transfer mechanisms must be verified. Where required, an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism will be used.
8. Retention
Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, normally no longer than 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless a contract or legal obligation requires longer. Project, order and accounting records are retained for the contract and applicable statutory periods. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn or the relevant retention review requires deletion. Security logs are retained only for an appropriate security period. Data is then deleted or anonymised unless lawful retention is required.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL. SiriusNXT may request reasonable information to verify the requester’s identity.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, health data or other unnecessary sensitive information through the general contact form.
11. Children
The services are intended for adults and business users. SiriusNXT does not knowingly seek personal data from children.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current effective date will be shown at the top of this page.
